A group of lions--or a team-- is called a pride. Pride isn't just our swimmers, but a core part of the Leonia Swim Team.
Our team has been alive for over two decades, making waves in the Bergen Six League. But what makes our team stand out? What powers each meet we win?
The truth is, it's our team spirit. The younger swimmers cheering on the relays from the sidelines, our coordinated, melodic chants, our sense of community that dives deeper than the surface. It's a team, a community, a family unlike any other, and we're excited for you to be part of it.

Ages 5-6: must be able to swim independently across the shallow end of the pool

Ages 7-8: must be able to swim 25 meters freestyle competently

Ages 9-10: must be able to dive off block and swim 25 meters freestyle competently and 25 meters of another competitive stroke

Ages 11-17: must be able to dive off the block and competently swim 50 meters freestyle and 50 meters of one other competitive stroke

We are NOT swimming lessons. For lessons, you will need to sign up with the Leonia Pool Club separately.

All swimmers must be members of the Leonia Swim Club to register.

Swimmers must attend at least one practice to participate in a meet within the same week.
